    Required for fire-resistive construction and structural walls; non-structural drywall does not require this inspection

    Final

    All work complete; required before Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is issued

Applies to: Plumbing Permit

    Underground/Slab

    Before concrete pour — verify pipe slope, materials, and cleanouts

    Rough-In

    After pipes installed, before walls closed

    All fixtures connected, no leaks, cleanouts accessible
