Stormwater Department Final Sign-Off
Per the same Final Routing Sign-Off checklist: site adequately stabilized to issue CO, GESC Permit (issued, current fees paid, pending close-out), Stormwater Maintenance Agreement, Floodplain Development Permit (issued, closed out, fees paid), and as-built site plan drawings

Final Inspection and Certificate of Occupancy
Routing Sheet approvals must be secured again prior to final/CO for commercial projects. Per the Routing Sheet: 'THE PROPERTY MAY NOT BE OCCUPIED UNTIL A FINAL INSPECTION IS DONE AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY IS ISSUED' — failure to comply can be cited as a misdemeanor under Section 15.02.040 of the Cañon City Municipal Code. Separate State of Colorado (DORA) electrical and plumbing final inspections are scheduled independently
