   Required before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued, per arvadaco.gov/406 -- applies where a full CO is needed for the new use

   Required before CO issuance where landscape improvements were part of the original approved plans; performed by a licensed Landscape Architect (or representative), proof uploaded to the permit

   Scheduled AFPD field inspection

   Requested through the Mobile Eyes Contractor Permit Portal; AFPD anticipates fulfilling the requested date/time within 24-48 hours of the request. A representative of the requesting company must be on-site, ready 30 minutes before and able to remain 60 minutes after the scheduled time.

   Underground piping inspection (if applicable)

   Requires the Contractor's Materials and Test Certificate for Underground Piping, piping installed per approved plans, and a hydrostatic test including the FDC

   Equipment and ductwork installation before walls closed

   Final Mechanical

   Equipment operational, combustion air and venting verified; a Final Electrical inspection is also required if electrical work beyond disconnect/reconnect was performed

Applies to: Roofing Permit (Re-Roofing)

   Only required for flat (1:12 or lower slope) roofs or special roofing materials such as heavy tile

   Final Roofing

   Required for all re-roofing permits; ladder must be on-site and roof must be free of rain, frost, or snow at time of inspection
