    Prior to concrete placement, per stamped structural plans and soils report

    Framing/Structural

    Structural framing per stamped structural plans

  3. 3

    Special Inspections

    Per the structural engineer's list of special inspections required by the Building Code; engineering letters of approval required

  4. 4

    Rough Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire Protection

    Trade rough-ins before concealment, per stamped MEP and (if applicable) fire protection plans

  5. 5

    Final Building Inspection (SAFEbuilt)

    All final building inspections from the Town's building inspector (SAFEbuilt) must be complete before Certificate of Occupancy

  6. 6

    Final Poudre Fire Authority Approval

    Required before Certificate of Occupancy, per the Town's Commercial Checklist for Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy

    Site Grading Certificate / Site & Landscaping Final Approval

    Grading certificate completed by the Town Engineer; final site and landscaping approval from the Town Planner; parking lot striping completed

    Water/Sewer District Final Approval

    Final approval from the water district (meters set) and sewer district, per the Commercial Certificate of Occupancy Checklist
