    Mid-Roof Inspection

    Required when 25%-75% of roof covering material and 100% of underlayment/flashings are installed; if missed, resolve via a 10%-per-side uncovering or a stamped engineer's/architect's letter

    Required to complete and close the permit; ladder must be properly set and secured for inspector access
