    Required statewide by CDPHE Air Pollution Control Division: the building/area to be demolished must be inspected for asbestos by a Colorado-certified asbestos inspector before demolition, independent of the City's own inspection process

    Final Inspection

    Site inspected following demolition to confirm work matches the approved City permit scope

    Mid-Roof Inspection

    In-person final inspection by the Building Inspector once the roof is completed; contractor notified of results via email or text
