    Verifies racking/mounting and any structural modification per the county-adopted 2018 IRC/IBC

    Electrical Rough-In (Idaho DOPL)

    Grounding and listing of all components verified before the system is covered or energized

    Electrical Final (Idaho DOPL)

    Wiring methods, labeling at the shut-off, working clearances, and system operation verified

  4. 4

    Building Final (Minidoka County)

    Final building inspection prior to occupancy/use of the completed installation

Applies to: Commercial / Multi-Family Building Permit

    Foundation

    Per the county-adopted 2018 IBC, including required structural steel reinforcing and special inspection criteria noted on the Foundation Plan.

    Framing/Structural

    Covers roof framing, floor framing, header/beam schedules, shear walls, and other structural elements per the submitted Structural Plans.

  3. 3

    Final

    Final inspection prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy or completion, per IBC Section 111.1 as adopted.

    Footing/Foundation

    Per the county-adopted 2018 IRC; the Residential Application Packet's own itemized inspection sequence/checklist is not separately published online beyond the plan-review submittal requirements as of 2026-07-19.

    Framing

    Structural framing inspection consistent with the adopted 2018 IRC.

  3. 3

    Final

    Final building inspection prior to occupancy; a Certificate of Occupancy is required before use/occupancy per IRC R110.1 as adopted.
