    Final building inspection prior to occupancy/use of the completed installation

    Per the county-adopted 2018 IBC, including required structural steel reinforcing and special inspection criteria noted on the Foundation Plan.

    Framing/Structural

    Covers roof framing, floor framing, header/beam schedules, shear walls, and other structural elements per the submitted Structural Plans.

    Final

    Final inspection prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy or completion, per IBC Section 111.1 as adopted.

    Per the county-adopted 2018 IRC; the Residential Application Packet's own itemized inspection sequence/checklist is not separately published online beyond the plan-review submittal requirements as of 2026-07-19.
