Tips
- Two complete sets of plans (minimum 11"x17", to scale, with all text large enough to read) are required at submittal — incomplete submittals are reviewed in the order received and will cause processing delays, per the Residential Plan Review Submittal Checklist.
- County (unincorporated) applicants must show septic/drain field approval from South Central Health District and an approved drive approach from the Minidoka County Highway District on the site plan; these two items are marked "(County Applicants)" specifically in the checklist and do not apply the same way inside Rupert city limits, which are served by municipal utilities.
