Water lateral connected with approved fitting; sewer lateral connected and set to grade at 1/4 inch per foot, with clean-out within 3 inches of the foundation, per the official Required Inspections document.

Formed with steel hung in place, on natural ground without fill material, ice, or standing water.

Foundation/Pier/Column Inspection
Formed with steel tied in place, including all concrete-to-structure straps required by the plans.

Under-Slab Plumbing Inspection
All piping exposed and supported full length; requires a 10-foot head of water or air pressure test.

Under-Slab Heating Inspection
Under-slab heat duct material must be listed for its specific use; left fully exposed until inspected.

Under-Slab Electrical Inspection
Electrical systems to be covered by concrete must be left exposed and inspected first, including ground wiring to ground rods.

Log and Beam Grading Inspection
Done for all logs and rough-cut beams upon delivery, before installation; each piece must carry a visible lumber-grading stamp.

Exterior Sheathing Inspection

On-site verification of the installed fire sprinkler system by the South Ogden Fire Department, billed at $100 per the official Fee Schedule.
