PASCO'S PERMIT FEES ARE IN A DIFFERENT TITLE OF THE SAME CODE. PMC 16.05.080, in full: "Permit fees shall be determined in accordance with PMC 3.35.030." Title 3 is revenue and finance, so the building title does not carry the schedule. PMC 3.35.030 WAS NOT OPENED for this entry and no amount is stated. ONE MORE FEE IS WORTH KNOWING ABOUT: PMC 16.05.090 provides that "A minimum fee as enumerated in PMC 3.35.030 shall be paid to the Building Official for incidental building and fire code inspections NOT related to issued, active building permits" - so an inspection outside an open permit is chargeable.Review timeline
Inspection process
Tips
- Do not plan a cedar roof here - the prohibition overrides the model code
- Do not occupy before the CO: provisional utilities can be discontinued if the dwelling is found occupied
- An inspection not tied to an active permit carries a minimum fee
