   Mechanical / Plumbing / Electrical Rough-In

   Rough-in HVAC ductwork/equipment, plumbing and gas piping, and electrical wiring/panel connections before walls are closed

   Fire Barrier Penetration Protection

   Verifies fire barrier/fire-resistance rated assembly penetrations (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) are properly protected per the approved fire-resistance rated assembly schedule

   Final

   All trades and final building inspection complete per approved plans; required before Certificate of Occupancy is issued
