    Insulation

    Verifies insulation R-values and Building Thermal Envelope per 2018 IECC (Chapters R1-R5, as adopted by the Town in place of the 2024 IECC residential chapters)

    Drywall

    Lath/gypsum board inspection before taping/finishing

  6. 6

    Plumbing Rough / Mechanical / Fuel Gas Piping

    Rough-in plumbing, mechanical, and gas piping trades
