Ground-set permanent foundation verified per Town detail or engineer-stamped plan

Electrical Panel
Inspected jointly by the Town of Guadalupe and Salt River Project (SRP)

Final / Certificate of Occupancy
Town of Guadalupe must issue a Certificate of Occupancy before the manufactured home may be occupied

Required before concrete pour; permanent concrete or masonry foundation required per Town Code § 150.21(I)
