Town Hall: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Completed Building Permit Applications and three (3) sets of plans may be submitted in person at the Town Hall front office or emailed to the Building Inspector at binspector@guadalupeaz.org. Applies to: Commercial Building Permit

    Foundation

    Required before concrete pour

  2. 2

    Framing

    Structural framing per 2012 UBC as adopted by the Town

  3. 3

    Final

    All work complete per approved plans; scheduled with the Building Inspector (binspector@guadalupeaz.org, 480-505-5360/5370), minimum 2-3 business days' advance notice required

Applies to: Manufactured Home Installation Permit

    Ground-set permanent foundation verified per Town detail or engineer-stamped plan

  2. 2

    Electrical Panel

    Inspected jointly by the Town of Guadalupe and Salt River Project (SRP)

  3. 3

    Final / Certificate of Occupancy

    Town of Guadalupe must issue a Certificate of Occupancy before the manufactured home may be occupied

Applies to: Residential Building Permit (New Construction)

    Sprinkler piping, alarm wiring, and device placement verified before concealment, per AFMA's Community Risk Management Division

    Final Acceptance Test

    Hydrostatic/flow acceptance test (fire sprinkler systems) or full functional test (fire alarm systems) witnessed by AFMA before the system is placed in service

    Ductwork and equipment placement before walls closed

    Required for additions before concrete pour and after framing, respectively, where applicable to the scope of work
