Codes adopted
California publishes its building standards as Title 24, adopted by state agencies and republished on a three-year cycle. - THE PUBLISHED CONTACT EMAIL IS ON THE DOMAIN THE WEBSITE LEFT. The Building Division page gives "building@westcovina.org" while being served from westcovina.gov. Whether the .org address still receives mail is NOT STATED anywhere on the page.
