Published scheduling rules
- Plan review is contracted out to SAFEbuilt Colorado, not performed directly by Town staff — schedule inspections through SAFEbuilt's dedicated line (303-450-8745), separate from the Town's general Building Department line (303-258-3266). (Residential Building Permit (New Construction))
- Nederland contracts ALL plan review and inspection services to SAFEbuilt Colorado — the Town's own staff (Community Planner/Deputy Zoning Administrator) handle intake, zoning compliance, and fee/escrow administration, but code plan review and field inspections are performed by SAFEbuilt. Schedule inspections through SAFEbuilt's dedicated line (303-450-8745), not the Town's general Building Department number (303-258-3266). The Chief Building Official is Alejandro Pantoja. (General)
