- All NMFRD fees are due before permit issuance and before inspections are scheduled (Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Permit)
- Re-inspection/late-cancellation fee is a flat $150, triggered either by a disapproved inspection with penalty or by canceling a scheduled inspection after 8:30 a.m. on the day of the inspection. (General)

Per the Special Inspection Acknowledgement program; engineer inspections require an original signed and sealed inspection report submitted to buildingpermits@broomfield.org before rough and final inspections can be scheduled (Inspections page)

Structural framing and electrical/mechanical/plumbing/fire-sprinkler rough-in before concealment; scheduled via 303-438-6376 option 1 with the BP permit number and 3-digit inspection code

Final Inspection
All work complete per approved plans; permit card and plan set must be on site or a $150.00 re-inspection fee may be assessed; use-tax records subject to audit for 3 years following final inspection or C.O.
