Before concrete pour; scheduled via the Inspection Hotline (970) 328-9626 or the Community Core portal — call by 4:00 PM for the next available inspection date

Structural framing complete before cover

Rough Plumbing / Mechanical
Town-administered trade rough-ins before concealment; rough and final electrical inspections are scheduled separately with the Colorado State Electrical Board (DPO), not the Town

Final Inspection / Certificate of Occupancy
All work complete per approved plans and applicable codes; Certificate of Occupancy ($100) issued on passing — a Temporary C/O ($250) is available per the 2026 Fee Schedule
