Sign Permit in City of Fountain, Colorado
Required for installation of free-standing, low-profile, wall, awning/roof/projecting, or temporary signs within Fountain city limits. Tips
- The City of Fountain Sign Permit is a zoning approval only — it does NOT substitute for the building permit. The application form directs applicants, as step 4, to separately 'Contact the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department for a Building Permit.'
- Sign approval lapses after one year if the building permit is not pulled and the sign is not constructed within that time, per the application form.
