    Per engineered, site-specific foundation plan

    Framing

    Structural framing per stamped architect/engineer plans

  3. 3

    Final Inspection

    All work complete per approved plans and applicable codes

Applies to: Deck / Covered Patio Permit

    Footing/Foundation

    Before concrete pour, if new footings are required

  2. 2

    Framing

    Deck/patio framing, ledger connection, and guardrail/handrail framing before cover or final

  3. 3

    Final Inspection

    Completed structure inspected for compliance with the 2006 IBC as adopted

Applies to: Residential Addition / Remodel Permit

    Foundation (additions with new footings only)

    Before concrete pour, per engineered foundation plan

    Framing

    Framing complete, connection to existing structure verified

    Final Inspection

    All work complete per approved plans
