    Circuit, conduit, and disconnect placement before concealment, if applicable — inspected by Idaho DOPL

  2. 2

    Final (DOPL)

    Charger mounted, circuit labeled, and installation verified per the National Electrical Code as administered by DOPL

Applies to: Re-Roof Permit

    Pre-Reroof Inspection

    Required before new roofing material is applied; call (208) 661-0494 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule

    Final

    Verify flashing, underlayment, ice shield, ventilation, and proper installation per approved application

Applies to: Residential Building Permit (New Construction / Addition / Alteration)

    Building Department Sign-Off

    Building Official (Keith Teeters) inspection prior to final; applicant must obtain sign-off from all applicable entities listed on the permit application (Building Dept, Flood Plain, Planning & Zoning, fire district, water/sewer district, utilities) prior to final inspection

    Final inspection and sign-off by the City of Kellogg Building Official
