No separate fee-schedule resolution document is published on the city's website, in the council agendas/minutes indexed at kellogg.id.gov/meetings/, or elsewhere online; note that a similarly-named 'City of Kellogg' site at cityofkellogg.org is a distinct jurisdiction, Kellogg, Minnesota, and does not apply here.
