- Structural calculations required if interior load-bearing walls are being removed or modified
- For properties in the Historic District: digital color exterior photographs (all sides) required, plus completion of the Demolition Permit Checklist for Properties in the Historic District; the Community Development Department must delay approval up to 45 days per Title 11, Chapter 27, Section 11-27-6 to make a historical record, allow Historic Preservation Committee review, and inform the owner of rehabilitation incentives
