- Mesquite adopted the 2024 ISPSC (with Southern Nevada amendments) for all pool and spa installations — effective Aug. 12, 2025.
- Pool permit fees are based on water surface area at $34.10/sq ft, plus separate deck and electrical/plumbing valuation factors.
- Glazing at pool decks must comply with SNBO Standard B-109 (Glazing At Pool Decks).
- An LPG pool heater requires a separate mechanical permit — standard LPG procedures (SNBO P-101) apply.
- The $190.00 sewer impact fee is collected for residential pools.
