Swimming Pool / Spa Permit in North Las Vegas, Nevada
Required for construction of residential and commercial swimming pools, spas, and hot tubs in the City of North Las Vegas. Governed by the 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC) with Southern Nevada and NLV amendments (effective January 5, 2026, amended by Ord. 3259 3/4/26 to protect pet door openings with direct pool/spa access). A Drowning Prevention Fee applies to each pool/spa permit.
