Building Permit Fee — valuation-based per Table 3-ANLV has no flat solar permit fee. Per NLV MC 15.72.170B.2–B.3 (confirmed on Municode, Supp. 144): valuation = total value of all construction work; for items not listed in Table 3-E the Building Official uses the contract price inclusive of all labor, equipment, and contractor profit. Solar PV is not enumerated in Tables 3-E or 3-F, so the total installed cost is the valuation basis. No separate flat solar fee exists.
