    Before concrete pour — verify excavation, forms, rebar, anchor bolts, and the required footing/foundation sub-drain per Clinton City Code § 5-3-3(5)

    Framing

    After framing, sheathing, and rough-in MEP — before insulation or wall cover

  3. 3

    Insulation

    After insulation installed, before drywall

Applies to: Residential Remodel Permit (Patio Covers, Awnings & Decks)
