   Required before concrete placement, per the 2018 IBC administrative inspection provisions as adopted by the City of Coolidge

   Building must be weather-tight at the time of the frame inspection per the City of Coolidge's amendment to IBC §110.304 (Ordinance No. 23-13, Exhibit A) -- the same administrative provision used for residential construction, since Coolidge's adopted IRC deletes its own administrative chapter in favor of the IBC's

   Final / Certificate of Occupancy

   All work complete per approved plans and City of Coolidge Commercial Plan Submittal requirements before Certificate of Occupancy issuance; building address numbers (4-inch minimum, durable material) must be displayed prior to final inspection/CO issuance

Applies to: Residential Addition / Remodel Permit

   Required before concrete pour; addition foundations must be tied to the existing foundation per City amendment

   Structural connections to the existing structure

   Required for all detached (freestanding/monument/pole-style) signs, including when square footage or panels are added to an existing detached sign (Zoning Code §1108.E.13.a)

   Required on all signs prior to placement if the sign is electrically illuminated (Zoning Code §1108.E.13.b)

   Covers sign location, structural members, and placement of the insignia/copy against the approved permit (Zoning Code §1108.E.13.c)

   Steel and plumbing rough-in verified before concrete shell placement

   Electrical Bonding

   Equipotential bonding grid and underwater lighting circuits verified before backfill/deck pour

   Pool barrier/fence (if applicable), equipment pad, and completed pool verified against approved plans and the 2018 ISPSC

   Rough-In

   New circuit wiring/conduit inspected before concealment

   Charger outlet or hardwired unit installed and connected, inspected before energizing

   Conduit, semi-rigid piping, or wiring inspected after installation but before concealment

   All conduit, wires, fixtures, and equipment (including covers) installed and connected, inspected before energizing
