Office hours
Town of Superior general office hours Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. (per Town website footer); Planning direct line 303-499-3675 ext. 131; Building direct line 303-381-2028; Permit Fees line 720-738-7326. The Building Division is operated under contract by SAFEbuilt; permit applications, submittals, and inspection requests are handled via the Community Core online portal and the superiorinspections@safebuilt.com email address.

Published scheduling rules

  • Because the Building Division is operated by SAFEbuilt under contract, plan review correspondence and inspection scheduling come through superiorinspections@safebuilt.com and the Community Core portal rather than a generic Town government email. (Residential Building Permit (New Construction / Additions))
  • Superior's Building Division is operated under contract by SAFEbuilt, but the Town of Superior itself is the issuing authority — permit correspondence and inspection scheduling flow through superiorinspections@safebuilt.com and the Community Core portal, which can read as a third-party service but is the Town's own department infrastructure, not a separate jurisdiction.
