    Envelope insulation R/U-values, fenestration U-values, duct system R-values, HVAC/water-heating efficiency; at owner's expense

    Final Building Inspection

    Requires all fees paid and sales/use tax audit completed or waived by the Town Manager before a certificate of occupancy is issued; 24 hours required after final inspection to prepare final documents
