Sign Permit in Gunnison, Colorado

Gunnison requires a sign permit for: Required for all signs erected within City of Gunnison limits; Signs placed in the public right-of-way require a separate Revocable License Agreement with the City, in addition to the Sign Permit; Must conform to the Sign Standards in Land Development Code Section 4.8. The Sign Permit application admin review fee is $60.00 per the Community Development, Building and Planning Fee Table effective January 1, 2026. Signs placed within the public right-of-way additionally require a $300.00 License Agreement application fee.
