Published scheduling rules

  • Building/residential inspection requests need only 2 working days' notice here (vs. 5 in Crested Butte), but Fire Code inspections still need 5 working days — don't assume a uniform notice period across trades. (Residential Building Permit (New Construction))
  • Commercial fire underground plan review and inspection scheduling must be submitted separately to the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control — not included in CBFPD's fee (Fire Sprinkler / Fire Alarm System Permit)
