Published scheduling rules
- Severance contracts ALL plan review and inspections to SAFEbuilt Colorado — the Town itself handles permit intake/issuance and Certificate of Occupancy sign-off, but questions about plan review status or inspection scheduling should go to SAFEbuilt (windsor@safebuilt.com, 866-671-1036 / 970-674-1037), not the Town's general Building Department line.
