Tips
- Park Impact Fees are $0.00 for all nonresidential categories in Severance's 2026 fee schedule — commercial tenant finish projects are not assessed a Park Impact Fee, unlike Transportation and Police Impact Fees which do apply.
- Confirm whether your tenant-finish scope requires structural plans — the Town's guide notes these are only required for structural changes (bearing wall work, floor systems for storage, etc.), not all tenant finishes.
