- Deck ONLY permits cover repair, rebuild, addition, or new construction of decks
- Siding Replacement ONLY and Window/Door Replacement (like-for-like or with changes) are separate streamlined permit categories introduced February 2026
- Projects outside the Community Core/downtown may use a CAP Affidavit in place of a full Construction Activity Plan for eligible scopes (Deck ONLY, Demo-Internal/Partial, Internal Repair & Remodel, Siding Replacement ONLY, Solar, Window/Door Replacement)
- Siding Replacement ONLY, Solar, and Window/Door Replacement (like-for-like) may use a Building Affidavit in place of a full Building Plan Check

- Short review tier (7 calendar days first review) covers: Deck ONLY, Demo-Entire Structure, Demo-Internal Only or Partial Structure, Internal Repair, Siding Replacement ONLY, Solar, and Window/Door Replacement LIKE-FOR-LIKE.
- Medium review tier (15 calendar days first review) covers: External Repair & External Remodel, Internal Remodel, Window/Door Replacement WITH CHANGES, and ROW Encroachment & ROW Snowmelt.
