Ketchum requires a demolition permit for: Demolition of an entire structure or internal/partial demolition requires a City of Ketchum building permit; Demo-Internal Only or Partial Structure projects outside the Community Core may use a CAP Affidavit in place of a full Construction Activity Plan.
