Final inspection by the Kimberly Building Official; cannot be scheduled until the State of Idaho electrical, plumbing, and HVAC inspectors have signed off. A separate Public Works final inspection of sidewalks, water meter vaults, and meters follows before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
