- Maximum height: 45' to peak of roof, 3 stories (§ 10-5-2, Table A)
- Off-street parking: 1.5 paved spaces per bedroom (§ 10-3-6, § 10-5-5, Table D)
- Storm drainage detention sized for a 10-year, 24-hour storm (§ 10-3-6)
- New fire hydrant required if building exceeds 250 feet from the nearest existing hydrant
