    Underground Plumbing

    After all underground waste/vent/water plumbing is installed and pressure tested, before backfill/concrete

  6. 6

    Interior Footings

    After forms and rebar in place; interior footings isolated from the floor slab

  7. 7

    Rough Plumbing / Rough Electric / Rough Mechanical / Gas

    Required after wiring/boxes, waste/vent/water piping, venting/ductwork, and gas piping are installed, prior to insulation and sheetrock

    Rough Framing / Penetration Sealing

    After rough electrical, plumbing, mechanical, gas, roofing, and framing are complete and the structure is weather tight

    Sewer and Water

    After sewer and water service lines are installed, before backfill

    Final Inspection

    After the building is completed and ready for occupancy; a Certificate of Occupancy is required before moving in furnishings or occupying the structure
