Inspection sequence

Applies to: Residential Building Permit (New Construction)

    Before concrete pour; footings must extend below the 34-inch frost line

    After framing complete, before insulation or wall cover

    MEP Rough-In

    Mechanical, electrical (Jackson Hole Fire/EMS), and plumbing rough-in before walls are closed

    Insulation and 2021 IECC energy compliance verification before drywall
