- One-story detached agricultural buildings on parcels over 2 acres (eave height ≤10 ft, roof area ≤600 sq ft, no human habitation/employment) are permit-exempt under the County's IBC Section 105.2 Item 14 amendment, but still require any applicable plumbing, mechanical, electrical, septic, or LDR permits.
- Playground equipment (swings, etc.) is permit-exempt under the County's IBC Section 105.2 Item 11 amendment.
