    Pre-construction review by City of Salida Community Development for zoning compliance, fire safety, and (for larger projects) Site Plan Review or Conditional Use Permit compliance under Chapter 16 — required before the application is forwarded to the County

    Separate review/inspection track by Chaffee County Fire Protection District or South Arkansas Fire Protection District depending on jurisdiction, per the County's own Application for a Construction Review
