   Wiring and conduit installed before walls closed

   Devices installed, panel labeled, system energized

Applies to: EV Charger / EVSE Permit

   Rough-In

   Circuit wiring and conduit installed before walls closed

   EVSE installed, devices verified, system energized

Applies to: Mechanical / HVAC Permit

   Rough-In / Duct Testing

   Equipment/ductwork installation before concealment; for new construction, duct-leakage test at rough (max 4 CFM per 100 sq ft of conditioned area at 0.1 in. w.g.) per the Town's HVAC testing requirements

   Final

   Equipment operational; for new construction, final duct-leakage/static-pressure/airflow testing and an HVAC contractor certification that the system has been cleaned and is in proper working order

Applies to: Plumbing Permit

   Underground/Rough-In

   Before concealment — pipe slope, materials, cleanouts

2. 2

   Final

   Fixtures connected, no leaks, proper venting verified

Applies to: Re-Roofing Permit

   Mid-Roof

   Required only for solar shingles, tile, slate, stone-coated steel, EPDM, flat roofs, and similar reroofs — no more than 25-50% of the roof may be complete prior to this inspection. NOT required for standard residential asphalt shingle reroofs.

   Final

   Required for all roof permit applications; residential asphalt shingle applications only need to schedule this Final Inspection

Applies to: Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Permit

1. 1

   Rough Electrical / Rough Frame

   Conduit runs, wire sizing, disconnect placement, and any structural/racking framing — scheduled the same day as the other Solar PV inspections

2. 2

   Final Electrical / Final Building and Electrical Service

   Panel mounting, racking attachment, all electrical connections verified; solar rapid-shutdown test performed at this time; inspector requires attic access and the signed Rooftop Installation Affidavit on site
