Published scheduling rules
- Work may not begin until the ERFPD permit is approved and payment is received; ERFPD enforces a 'No Work Without Permit' policy — unauthorized work triggers an immediate Stop Work order plus a fee equal to four (4) times the scheduled permit fee, which must be paid before work can continue or inspections can be requested (Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm System Permit)
- The Final Sprinkler Inspection and Final Fire Alarm Inspection must be scheduled concurrently and conducted together when both systems are present, per the Fire Sprinkler Permit Application's own printed notice — failure to do so results in a re-inspection fee (Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm System Permit)
