  • Water heater replacements and furnace/A/C fast-track permits are billed separately per appliance ($65 each) — a project replacing both a furnace and water heater incurs two $65 fees.
  • An RTU replaced at a new size, weight, or location requires a Colorado-licensed structural engineer evaluation before permitting.
