  • For non-industrially-zoned properties: maximum height 6 feet generally (unless specifically authorized otherwise); solid fences/walls/hedgerows/barriers over 4 feet are prohibited in the front yard; screening devices may extend 4-feet-tall from each front building corner into the front yard for up to 8 feet, beyond which the 4-foot cap continues to apply; chain-link fencing is prohibited in front yards
  • Electrified fences (with a shock-capable charge) are prohibited town-wide
