Tips
- Class C and 'Nonconforming' manufactured homes are NOT permitted anywhere in Minidoka County except in licensed mobile home parks, per the Manufactured Home Land Use table.
- Homes built before June 15, 1976 require Idaho Division of Building Safety rehabilitation approval under the Mobile Home Rehabilitation Act BEFORE a county permit application will be accepted.
- No published installation-fee figures (e.g., a flat single-wide vs. multi-section fee) were found on minidoka.id.us or within the Manufactured Home Packet itself as of 2026-07-04; contact the Building Department directly for current fees.
- A State of Idaho installation tag is a prerequisite for new manufactured/modular home permits — this is a separate step from, and must precede, the county application.
