The general 'Residential-Commercial Application for Building Permit' (amended 02-09-2026) lists 'Sign' as its own checkbox under Class of Work, separate from 'Alteration/Remodel' and 'Accessory Structure' — the form's two published non-refundable deposit tiers ($150 for single-/two-family dwellings, $100 for additions/alterations/repairs/accessory structures) do not name Sign as falling under either tier, so no deposit figure can be attributed to it. Kimberly City Code §13.08.300 (Permit and Inspection Fees) covers sewer main/lateral and private sewage disposal permits only, unrelated to signs.
