    Rough-In (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing)

    It is the Building Department's preference that all residential rough-in inspections (mechanical and framing) be performed on the same inspection call; must be requested by phone no later than 4:30 PM the preceding day

    Final / Certificate of Occupancy

    Builders must notify the Building Department for final inspection of all projects (residential and commercial) before occupancy; Certificate of Occupancy required prior to occupancy and generally required by lending institutions before final release of construction funds
