Codes adopted
Nevada does not mandate a single statewide building code edition. Certificate of Occupancy (Change of Occupancy / Change of Use)

Tips & gotchas
- Nevada has no mandatory statewide building code (home-rule) — the City of Yerington adopts and amends its own editions under Yerington City Code Title 1, Chapter 9.
