    Pre-Backfill Inspection

    Contractor must call for inspection at least 24 hours before backfilling, paving, or pouring concrete.

    Compaction Test

    A minimum of 96% compaction is required at each 8-inch lift, certified by a qualified person or engineer midway during backfill and on the surface; passing test results must be submitted to Public Works before paving the street cut.

    Final Inspection and Acceptance

    Final inspection and acceptance by Roosevelt City, at which point the contractor bond is released.
