   Per Enoch City's official Builder Inspection Checklist; call (435) 586-1119 with the building permit number and address, allow 24–48 hours for inspections.

   Footing Inspection

   Compaction Report required for this inspection, per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

   Foundation Steel

   Per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

4. 4

   Foundation Weatherproofing

   Per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

   Stem Wall Insulation

   Per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

6. 6

   Under Slab Plumbing

   Per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

7. 7

   Slab Steel Inspection

   Per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

8. 8

   Sewer Lateral Connection

   Per the Builder Inspection Checklist; a temporary water meter request follows this step.

9. 9

   4-Way (Rough Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Framing, Gas)

   Combined rough-in inspection, per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

    Gas Clearance

    Requires the city's Gas Clearance Form (fuel line size, cubic feet per hour/BTU, meter pressure) and a 24-hour inspection notice, per the Gas Clearance Form in the permit packet.

    Insulation

    Per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

    Sheetrock Nailing

    Per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

    Lath

    Per the Builder Inspection Checklist.

    Culvert Inspection

    Part of the final inspection scope, which also covers road and bar-ditch or curb/gutter/street/sidewalk condition, per the Building Permit Application.

    Final Inspection / Certificate of Occupancy

    Includes Insulation Certificate, Stucco Certificate, and Final Grade Report sign-offs, followed by issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, per the Builder Inspection Checklist.
